"No working freezer compartment in fridge ( meds require this) and no one on site to help plus it needed defrosting Very tired bathroom cracked tiles etc. bedroom very nice Next door to 24/7 petrol station( our fault for not checking!!)"

"Woke up at 2am with water coming into my bathroom flooding the floor. Called the motel numerous times with no answer. Concerned about water leaking from air con and was concerned about gas leaks as well. Ended up sleeping in my car. No compensation was offered at all. Very unhelpful,"
