The food was "to die for" and the room very comfortable, staff all very friendly and helpful especially Wendi our waitress. The rooms overlook the lake in Daylesford, providing the most idyllic, quiet and restful setting. The staff are welcoming and friendly and ready to assist with any requests. Finally, the restaurant well and truly deserves its reputation as one of Victoria’s best. The room was immaculate, spacious and beautifully appointed. The staff were unfailingly courteous, welcoming and friendly. We had dinner in the restaurant twice and both experiences were excellent. The degustation menu was among the best we have had.
