The second-floor bedroom is a comfortable open plan with an adjacent lounge room for extra space to unwind. 🚃 Prime Location: Nestled in the heart of Bendigo, our loft is situated just off a Melbourne-style laneway, providing a unique and memorable entrance. The European laundry includes both a dryer and a washing machine for your convenience. Stylish Design: Our loft combines urban and greenery creating an inviting and stylish environment for your stay. Fast Wi-Fi, a comfortable workspace, and proximity to central business locations make this loft ideal for working professionals. The whole penthouse is yours! Located on Mitchell Street, you will access the loft via the laneway and up the stairs. Please note there are no lifts in the building. \--------- As proud pet parents, we love to be able to host your pets! 🐶 but please remember they are not allowed on the beds or couches. We have had difficulties removing the fur from the linen. Please bring your pet's bed with you! Also note, as there is no outdoor garden, you will need to manage your pets toilet routine. Stairs - Please note, the apartment is on the third floor of the building and there are no lifts. You are required to access via stairs. Parking - There is free parking in the laneway at the entrance, although it is not reserved. There is also plenty of free parking throughout the city and close by especially on the weekends. \--------- Although the whole house will be yours, please read about our pricing structure. We charge a base rate for two people per bedroom. This approach allows us to offer more affordable accommodations to solo traveler's or couples who only require one bedroom but still desire the experience of renting an entire house. The use of each additional bedroom incurs an extra $30 fee per room to cover additional costs for cleaning, utilities, supplies etc. Our pricing structure ensures that guests only pay for the amenities they require and desire. Access will only be provided to beds that are booked. If our cleaners find that unpaid beds were used, an extra cleaning fee will be incurred. Most times we had to park somewhere and when a park became available we would rush to get the car and hope the park was still there. It was meant to be pet friendly and had to come regularly to a park to toilet the dog. Also the shower was over the bath and for the price we paid we believe there should be a shower. Clothes Dryer was not working. Not child friendly with so many steps or pet friendly. The apartment was very good it was being very clean. We spent most of the time in apartment due to not able to get a park if we left. It was also a very narrow lane way and if you had a bigger it would be impossible to go to the end and turn around and try and park. So it is not suitable for older people, pets or children ##### Leslie H.
