The location was highly convenient, especially as we were visiting Waterworld waterpark right next door – it made the whole trip so easy and enjoyable. From the moment we arrived, the staff were outstanding – extremely professional, polite, friendly and genuinely helpful, which really made the experience special. The hotel itself was spotless, with our room and all areas kept to a very high standard of cleanliness. It was a comfortable, welcoming stay that helped make our celebration extra memorable. "I booked a compact room usually these are very small but comfy. This was downstairs with only 1 other room close by. Spacious quiet and comfortable. Also cool which was nice as its unusually warm in Buxton. The piano playing in the lobby is a lovely touch "
