Being in proximity of Elizabeth, CO and Franktown, CO, this barn-dominium is the perfect staycation for anyone looking to enjoy the country lifestyle while still having the ability to explore the state of Colorado.
A two bedroom, fully furnished barn-dominium is the perfect, private country getaway. The master bedroom contains an attached 4-piece master spa bathroom, a king-sized bed, and plenty of storage space for clothes and luggage. The second bedroom has the capacity to accommodate multiple sleepers with a Queen-sized bottom bunk bed. If traveling with more guests, there is a pull-out sleeper couch to allow for more lodging - comfortably 5, but can fit up to 6 guests. The guest bathroom provides a spa bathroom with direct access to the full sized laundry room and mud room.
The great room yields a wonderful entertainment space. The fully furnished Samsung kitchen includes a double oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, trash compactor, and cooking range. With an expansive kitchen island, complete with barstools, there is ample amounts of granite counter space.
