The location is perfect, close to everything, and the breakfast had a great variety and was delicious. The Elevador restaurant was also excellent, with great food and service. "Truly a 10/10 experience. Great staff, hotel is so cute. Had a little dishwasher and kitchen set up if needed. Area was perfect. 100% coming back and upset I didn’t stay here the whole time. Speak easy, Mediterranean restaurant, and great Portuguese food. You’ll be sad if you skip this spot. "

"Super helpful and friendly staff. The hotel location was great. The hotel is clean and exactly as shown on Expedia. It offers indoor parking for €10 per night. The only issue was the noise from the street and neighboring rooms.you can easily hear it, especially when water is running in the bathroom. I wish there was a small fridge as well."

"From the moment we arrived we were greeted with great curtosy and hospitality. We enjoyed the pool, hottub and sauna. The room was beautifully appointed. The best kept secret is the #24 Tram that takes you to the shopping district of Baixa-Chiado. From there the #28 Tram will take you across the city to many tourist destinations and restaurants/cafes/parks. The hotel was clean, temperature controls responsive, staff friendly. A mall and other retail shops are jusr two blocks away. We stayed 7 nights and would gladly stay here again. Staff routinely switch to English after you great them with 'Olá'. Overall great experience."

"Perfect hotel for children-the gorgeous rooftop pool, patio and bar are amazing? And the ping pong table was a huge hit. The lounge areas were great to have some play space. The room was functionally designed and funky. I loved this hotel and would for sure come back!"
