"This hotel is a hidden gem in Lisbon!!! The lobby and the room were beautiful! They were clean which we enjoyed. Although, the best part of this hotel is its beautiful pool/bar/lounging area right in the center of the hotel. It is beautiful and the atmosphere is amazing. The location is also very good. I would 100000% recommend this hotel to others and would even stay here again if I ever came back to this city. Beautiful."

"This was my best stay in all of my travels because it truly felt like home away from home. The front desk and the rest of the staff are well-mannered, caring, and responsive to questions and the needs of guests. Our room was cleaned regularly with a change of linens unless advised otherwise. Hot and cold beverages with a variety of pastries are served in the dining room, where a display of traditional furniture and paintings gives an aura of elegance. Hot tea, coffee, chilled water with lemon, biscuits and fresh pastries are served throughout the day into early evening. It is comparatively affordable. Unfortunately, I did not get the opportunity to experience their breakfast."

"The most spectacular part of my stay were the galleries and attention to detail the hotel paid in the quality of the sheets, towels, robes and water was free. These special touches made the experience over the top! The staff at the front desk very knowledgeable and helpful. Breakfast staff was a bit overwhelmed with the number of people for breakfast and the hotel was not even full. It was tough to get service at the pool as well. But the pool amenity was excellent! I have already recommended this hotel to friends traveling to Lisbon in October. Location is unique and a bit out of the center but so worth it!"

Apenas tivemos uma situação relativamente à ala nova: fomos acordados pelo ruído da canalização do chuveiro do quarto ao lado. Considero que, tendo em conta o excelente nível de serviço, seria importante assegurar um melhor isolamento acústico, para que toda a experiência pudesse ser verdadeiramente perfeita. Ainda assim, muito obrigada por tudo e parabéns pelo excelente serviço!"

"The property was super cute and nicely decorated. Rooms and common areas were clean and comfortable. The staff was super friendly and helpful! Breakfast was made fresh and perfect to get the day started. The location was great as well and easy to get around, walking, train, metro etc. I would stay there again!"
