"I was a single traveller. The room i was given was large, with a double bed, and ensuite bathroom. For the price i paid, i found it was good value for money - everything i needed was there. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The room had wifi access and a tv. I let the host know roughly what time i would be arriving, and he was there, waiting to greet me. He was very polite, and explained how the shower worked. Apart from being woken a couple of times, due to some noise ( which...

"Really enjoyed my stay here overall. The staff were lovely, friendly and very accommodating throughout.
They were especially helpful when I got stuck in a random Tenerife and couldn’t get an Uber. I asked reception for help and they happily called a taxi for me, which arrived within about 10 minutes. Really appreciated that.
Breakfast was brilliant with loads of choice, and the spa was also a big plus. I had a deep tissue massage which was excellent and definitely one of the highlights of the stay.
A couple of small negatives though. The hotel could really do with better signage. It was surprisingly difficult to find certain things, especially when you first arrive. There didn’t seem to be any signs showing where breakfast was, and I also struggled to work out how to get to places like the sauna.
The air conditioning in my room also could have been better. I had it set to 18°C, but it definitely didn’t feel like 18°C in the room. There was a ceiling fan too, but I couldn’t get that to work, so the room was warmer than I would have liked.
Food at the hotel was also quite expensive. I paid around €39 for patatas bravas and six croquettes, which felt pretty steep for what it was.
That said, the positives definitely outweighed the negatives. The staff were outstanding, breakfast was great and I really enjoyed the spa. I’d happily stay again, but better signage, stronger air conditioning and slightly more reasonable food prices would improve things a lot."
"The hotel its self is of a high standard with all facilitates needed in order to have the complete city break. The roof top pool and lounge areas although small were well kept and not too crowded at the time of our visit but you can say if there where a few more people there space would be at a premium.
Underground parking is tight but plenty of spaces at affordable rates, The rooms we stayed in was dated but generally clean to a basic level, The hotel did contribute to what was an amazing time spent travelling around the island so a solid 7/10 overall."
"Great location, lovely staff. Good breakfast. Excellent rooftop bar.
Will be returning if the price is reasonable, bearing in mind there’s lot of competition nearby."
"Great pools, and spa pool, lots of space and sunbeds. Nice food and cocktails at the bar. Lively bar with live music in the evening. Rooms clean and great sea view balcony. Great view of Mt Teide from the outside breakfast patio. Free parking, walkable downhill to town."
"A beautiful, peaceful oasis in Tenerife
Precise Resort was honestly such a wonderful surprise. From the moment I arrived, it felt less like a typical resort and more like escaping into a quiet, luxurious oasis.
The hotel itself is beautiful, with lush tropical gardens, peaceful little areas to sit and relax, a lovely fish pond, and so much greenery everywhere. Even the lobby is gorgeous, with its own library and elegant spaces where you can simply sit and enjoy the surroundings. There was such a calm atmosphere throughout the whole resort that it genuinely felt like a proper relaxing holiday.
My room was incredibly spacious and tastefully decorated, with so many thoughtful little touches. There was a kettle and all the usual amenities, but also tiny details like a shoe spoon and nail-care items — things you wouldn't necessarily expect, but which showed how much thought had gone into making the room comfortable.
And then there was the view. The ocean view from my room was absolutely breathtaking. Waking up and looking out over the Atlantic was something I don't think I could ever get tired of.
The free shuttle into Puerto de la Cruz is also a fantastic addition, making it easy to head into town whenever you want while still being able to return to the peace and quiet of the resort afterwards.
But what really deserves a special mention is the staff, particularly the reception team. They were genuinely some of the nicest, warmest and most helpful hotel staff I've ever"
