Villa Victoria - Ole Solutions

Villa Victoria is a unique dwelling, full of light and calm, located in El Puerto de Santa María. The property features a swimming pool, four bedrooms, three modern bathrooms and a spacious living-dining room with everything necessary to enjoy a perfect holiday. It stands out for its large outdoor area of the villa which includes a kitchen area, bathroom, porch and outdoor furniture for guests' enjoyment. Likewise, the property has a private parking area for two cars.



The accommodation features air conditioning in the living room. You will also be able to use the barbecue located in the outdoor area of the property. The third bathroom of the property is located in the pool area and has a shower.



You will be able to practise water sports and active tourism in the area, such as jet skiing and sailing courses. From the Port of Santa María you can make excursions to nearby places as interesting as the beautiful city of Cádiz. The route of the white villages, a day in Tarifa, the beaches of Zahara and so many other places, make Cádiz a unique place in the world.



The established schedule for delivering keys to guests is from 15:00 to 20:00. If you need to check in to the accommodation after 20:00, until 23:00, a supplement of €30 in cash will be charged upon your arrival, corresponding to the Late Check-In service.



To ensure coexistence and compliance with accommodation rules, reservations are not accepted for guests under 25 years of age. We place special emphasis on complying with these rules: entry to the apartment by persons not included in the reservation will not be tolerated, no parties of any kind, loud music or causing disturbance to neighbours.
