This cozy one-bedroom apartment is located on the mezzanine floor of a completely renovated and typical Cádiz architecture building, steps away from the best and most exclusive streets in the city center.

To access the apartment you have to take a small flight of stairs.
Upon entering the apartment, we have access to the spacious and modern living room, furnished with high-quality furniture and design elements. It also has a double sofa bed of 1.50 x 1.90, which gives the apartment capacity for up to 4 people. The living room has a small balcony.

In te same room is the open kitchen, so bright and fully equipped with everything you need.

Entering through the living room and the kitchen we find the bedroom, with a double bed of 1.50 x 2.00, small balcony and a reading table. The house has independent bathroom, with an spacious shower. The whole apartament is facing the street.

The apartment is located on Calle General Luque, in the historic center of the city. Walking few minutes away you can find the main monuments and museums of the city, as well as shops, supermarkets, markets and luxury restaurants where they serve the best fish in the area, and of course an endless number of small local bars where you can enjoy the best tapas and the best gastronomy in the city.
