Located in a quiet residential area in El Puerto de Santa María, known for the best sherries in the world, the property "Un jardin para relajarse" can accommodate up to 8 people. The high-quality and artistically furnished house has several living areas, a very well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (two with double bed, one with 2 single beds) and 3 bathrooms (one of them is outside next to the pool) and a sofa bed for 2 people. Further equipment includes Wi-Fi, a TV, a cot and a fireplace. Thanks to the clever construction and the thick outer walls, the house remains pleasantly cool even in the hot summer months, so that an air conditioning system is not needed. The absolute highlight is the outdoor area designed with great attention to detail, which includes a well-kept garden with numerous seating options and a barbecue, a pool and several covered and furnished terraces - an oasis of peace that promises relaxing holidays outdoors. Shopping facilities, restaurants and bars can be reached in less than 5 minutes by car. The next, 15 km long sandy beach, Playa Santa Catalina, is also only 5 minutes away by car. The house owners are available and happily answer any questions you may have.

Pets are not allowed.

No parties or noisy events are allowed.

Due to the local regulation of Puerto de Santa Maria, it is forbidden to disturb the rest and quiet of the neighbors and pedestrians. Therefore, noises that may cause disturbance during the night, from midnight to 7 am, are not allowed.

Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering or limit tap water usage.
