Equipped with a 75” 4K smart TV, cookware, utensils, dinnerware, etc. Only 11 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes to the downtown. Very close to the famous scenic drive for the night lights of the twin cities. To the El Paso - Juárez custom & border is mere 4 miles. Not too far to anywhere. Walking distance to Kiki Cafe Mexican restaurant, Vista Groceries, Gussie’s Bakery. There is also a Walmart only 4 miles away. Super strategic location!
