Pros: the staff is very helpful, friendly, and efficient. The amenities were great especially to keep little ones entertained if you plan on spending a good amount of time at the hotel. We booked the bi-loft suite and it was a perfect space for my family and in laws to share.
Cons: the rooms can use some updating and better cleaning. The bathrooms were a little tight in space. The carpets felt gross, and the utensils & pans (while great to have at our use) were a bit dirty looking despite cleaning them before we used. It can also get a little loud at night from the street, its right next to a fire station so I heard lots of fire engines and many buses going by day and night

"It's a beautiful castle it's clean has a lot of pretty places to take pictures and hang out the issue was that I requested free breakfast and breakfast was $25 per person around. They charge parking $25 a night which I think that should be included since you're a guest, main elevators did not work. ..."
