### Ancient Sands 4 BR Villa Heated Pool

4-Bedroom Villa with a private heated pool and breathtaking views of the town and lagoon - Ancient Sands - offers privacy as well as a peaceful neighbourhood feel because of its wonderful location.  
  
The villa features four bedrooms with an open-plan kitchen exposed to the living room where you can enjoy the view of the pool and beautiful lagoon.  
The lagoon in front of the property is swimmable and the access is easy.   
The house is fully equipped and air-conditioned, fully covered by a WI-FI connection. Each bedroom has a smart TV and the living room does too.  
Necessary amenities like a washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board are provided.  
  
The names and IDs/Passports of all guests are mandatory to be sent upon booking confirmation to allow entrance into El Gouna resort at the security check.  
Please note that the entry to El Gouna is subject to El Gouna management approval. In case your IDs or passports are disapproved by El Gouna management you will be fully refunded.
