The bathroom is quite interesting, it’s like an open one with stone walls and a hut on the top, very unique. There are so bugs but they provide you the spray and mosquito incense. All the staffs are so lovely. But if you see Jack at the bar, make sure to say hello and have a chat with him, he’s fun and awesome. We had no water a few times and couple of nights, Beach was good. Babysitting through kids club was 1000vatu and staff were lovely but could have been more atmosphere there. Front staff were helpful when you made requests but could have more training in supporting patrons with activities/tours in off season and when external tours are constantly cancelled or rescheduled because of cruise ships taking all the spots.
