The Grand is right downtown with great harbour views,but very dated. The king bed is two singles pushed together.

Not much to look at from the outside, the Melanesian opens nicely into a lovely pool-centered courtyard overlooked by most of the rooms. The rooms are quite lovely, with sculpted towels and flowers greeting the weary traveller. I had a comfortable bed, on the firm side, and a nice terrace overlooking the pool. The included breakfast is somewhat limited, but features delicious local Tanna coffee and fresh papaya. The free wireless is only available in the lobby, but purchased wifi was decent, albeit a bit pricey.

There are perhaps more luxurious resorts in Vanuatu, but if you're taking kids this is the place to stay. It's the only resort with a kids pool which is terrific and kids eat free from the kids menu at the resort's 3 restaurants.

Wonderful staff, nice pleasant setting overlooking the harbor,. A hassle free stay, free breakfast and internet and a great pool to cool off.

Friendly staff, and great standard of accomodation. As for food and beverage- buffet breakfast was good, cocktails were well made, and the Japanese restaurant was great for the evening meal. However, the lunches were pretty average.

Iririki has so many great assets! We had a brilliant, relaxing holiday and did not want to leave. The resort was pretty, the rooms gorgeous and every morning we had a delicious breakfast overlooking idyllic suroundings. We all loved the staff! From the moment we arrived we felt welcome. The staff were warm, friendly and helpful. On the island there was Heaps to do, great snorkelling, sailing, canoeing and 2 pool areas to relax and Port Vila was a short boat trip away. Highly recommend the volcano trip to Tanna island too, take a taxi & explore Efate. Wow!

We went there to enjoy a week of family holidays with our teenager daughter and we had an amazing time! The hotel is well located, just a walking distance from town. Everybody there is very friendly and everything worked as planned!

What a delightful experience. I knew it would be good, based on previous reviews but it surpassed all expectations. The staff were attentive and friendly. The nannies were wonderful. We spent 8 days at Aquana with a 1 year old and 4 year old. What a treat to be able to feed the kids early and then linger over our own dinner and drinks while they played nearby with the nannies. The resort is situated on a beautiful lagoon and you can kayak across to a beautiful beach. The lovely Gilbert can drop you out to a deserted island for a few hours at high tide where you can snorkel and picnic. Nice to have a bit of space and privacy in a 2 bedroom bungalow. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone, but especially to families with young children who want a relaxing break. None of us wanted to leave. Thank you Aquana!

Super service and helpful staff. Very clean and comfortable.

Arrived early and were able to leave luggage whilst room prepared. Stayed 2 nights at start of holiday so we saw town and hired car- chose of 4 hire companies close-by. Atm machine at nearby supermarkets. Great views from the balcony. Felt secure with security man at entrance. Lovely breakfast next to pool. Spent last night at motel before flight home. Breakfast brought to our room. Large unit for 4 - comfortable beds and spotlessly clean. Excellent value.
