This beautiful residence in the exclusive gated Arrowhead community has sweeping views of the renowned Country Club of the Rockies, a Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course. Located just minutes from the Arrowhead Village, with a complimentary shuttle service running during the ski season, this home offers the convenience of residing within the resort and tranquility of a private gated community. Enjoy relaxing in this gorgeous Colorado property with room for the entire family.

Arrowhead Village is a secluded residential community at the western entrance to the Beaver Creek Ski Resort, with easy access to the mountain and some of the shortest lift lines in the entire resort. In addition to access to the resort, this home is located just minutes away from the quaint pedestrian-friendly Riverwalk Shopping District in Edwards, offering unique and diverse shops and restaurants.

This duplex accommodation includes two levels and four bedrooms for your family to spread out. The upstairs entry level to the residence features the Master bedroom with a King sized bed and en-suite bathroom. A large, open-floor living room, dining area and kitchen opens onto a private balcony overlooking the 5th fairway of the Country Club of the Rockies. An additional Queen bedroom is located on this level, also with an en-suite bathroom.

The lower level of the residence includes a junior Master suite with a King bed, en-suite bathroom, sitting area, and patio access. A second living area, located downstairs, has a sleeper sofa in addition to a bunk bedroom with custom built in twin over twin bunk bed and an en-suite bathroom.

This gorgeous home also benefits from being an exclusive for The Travel Whisperer. This means that guests staying at 203 Arrowhead Drive have access to a range of services for the duration of your stay. All stays will have a Destination Host, who will be there to handle any requests during your stay. Your Destination Host is on hand to assist with grocery deliveries, restaurant recommendations, hiring a private chef, baby equipment rental and much more.

This beautiful home is located on the Arrowhead shuttle route to the Arrowhead Village during the winter. For those bringing their own car, parking is available in the free Arrowhead Skier lot. Arrowhead Village has an outdoor heated pool open in both winter and summer, as well as the Broken Arrow cafe, open for lunch in the winter, the Vista Restaurant open year round for dinner, and tennis courts.

A dedicated Personal Concierge is available to assist with planning every aspect of your getaway from the moment you book. Lots of room, beds were comfortable and the host was very accommodating. I had some Valentines Day flowers delivered a week earlier by mistake and they had someone bring them in and take care of them. The biggest drawback was the garage, it’s so small that we would have to pull the mirrors in to be able to get it in there. This meant getting in and out of the car outside the garage before you could enter it. If you have large SUV, I’m not sure it would fit inside

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have mixed feelings about 203 Arrowhead Drive. It was a lovely home. We enjoyed the open, well equipped kitchen and family room area. The golf course view was very nice and the shuttle made it very easy for our group to move to and from the mountain to ski. My main criticism relates to the fourth bedroom. The bunk room was very inadequate for adults. The beds are undersized and were very uncomfortable. Clearly this room is designed for children. We needed four bedrooms for our group of seven adults. The main floor master was comfortable but because the only closet was locked for owner’s use, we only had three drawers for all of our clothing. If you are looking for a nice three bedroom property (or have small children in your group), 203 Arrowhead might work for you. I doubt that would select it again for our next ski vacation.Also, this is just a note and not a criticism, if you are traveling with a full sized SUV, don’t expect to park it in the garage. Even with the side mirrors folded in the clearance was too close. We didn’t want to risk damaging the car or garage so we parked outside.

We stayed in this house for 8 days and overall had a great experience. Our group, 4 adults and 4 kids.The house is spacious and comfortable with each bedroom having its own bathroom, ensuring privacy for everyone. The kitchen is well-equipped, making our stay feel like home as we almost cooked every nights. The location is good, 15 mins to Beaver Creek and half hour to Vail. There are two generous parking spaces. On the first day of checkin at 9pm, we encountered an issue - no hot water. After communicating with the landlord, the hot water heater was eventually fixed at 2 AM, so we had hot water by the next day. However, this caused inconvenience for our group of 8 people as we couldn’t shower that night. I recommend the landlord to check for hot water issues, especially during winter, before guests arrive. Another aspect that wasn’t satisfactory was the old washer and dryer. The clothes didn’t come out clean, and the dryer was noisy, possibly malfunctioning. It would be beneficial for the landlord to update these appliances for a better experience. Overall, we all enjoyed our stay in this house, and since we visit Vail and Beaver Creek for skiing every year, we would consider staying here again. If the landlord could replace the washer and dryer next time, I'd be willing to continue renting this house.
