Our on-site services team works core business hours Monday through Friday and can be scheduled in for a site visit if you are in need of extra assistance.

You will have access to the whole home during your stay. We have some closet spaces dedicated to our supply storage, but you will find plenty of space for all of your clothing and food storage needs.

The central air conditioning system is a rare treat in Edmonton, and the home is also equipped with heating to keep you comfortable in any season.

The home features a fully stocked kitchen for preparing hearty meals, perfect for nights in. The attached double garage offers protection from the elements, and ample parking space ensures convenience (Space for 1 car). The in-home laundry facilities make it easy to keep your clothing fresh, and the three full bathrooms provide plenty of space to get ready for the day ahead. The BBQ at this property uses a propane tank. There may be some gas available upon your arrival; however, once it runs out, guests are responsible for purchasing or refilling the tank if they wish to continue using the BBQ during their stay.

Whether you're unwinding in one of the three living rooms or enjoying a family meal together, the spacious layout ensures everyone can enjoy their time together. The fully fenced yard is ideal for letting pets roam freely or enjoying some fresh air outdoors.

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay, please take note of the following:

All guests and pets (staying or visiting) must be included in your booking. Unbooked guests, visitors, pets, or parties are not permitted. While we are pet-friendly, please note cats are strictly prohibited, and any violation will result in a $500 fee per cat. If you’re bringing a pet, request our pet etiquette details before booking to understand expectations.

A pack-and-play and high chair are available upon request.

The BBQ at this property uses a propane tank. There may be some gas available upon your arrival; however, once it runs out, guests are responsible for purchasing or refilling the tank if they wish to continue using the BBQ during their stay.

The garage currently accommodates one vehicle only due to stored property items.

Please refrain from using the property address for mail, as we cannot access the postbox. For deliveries, ensure door drop-off or depot pick-up arrangements.

Our cancellation policy is as posted. For added protection, we recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen changes.

For stays of 30 nights or more, we offer a complimentary mid-stay cleaning every 30 days to maintain a comfortable environment.

We cannot be responsible for personal belongings left behind. Please check thoroughly before departure.
