This 2 story character home built in 1912 offers : \- Open concept main floor \- Fully stocked kitchen \- Drip coffee machine, kettle \- 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom \- 1 queen, 1 double with an extra slide out single bed (sleeps 5 total) \- High speed internet \- Fully fenced backyard \- pet friendly ( one time $75 fee of up to max 2 dogs) \- 5 minute walk to the Little Brick Cafe & Dogpatch Bistro Pub \- 2 mins walk to the Rivervalley trails along the North Saskatchewan River. The Space: We're happy to host you but please note the following : \- This is a home built in 1912\. Some parts of the home has been renovated in recent years yet alot of it's original charm remains. \- This home is recommend for guests who appreciate the history of an older property in an excellent location. \- Parts of the floor are uneven or slanting. \- The steps to get to the front of the home are steep & narrow. \- There is the option to park at the back of the home. There are still some stairs but not as steep as the front. \- Not recommend for anyone with mobility issues. Guest Access: Smart lock, code will be provided 2 days prior to your arrival.
