Sub Penthouse suite over looking the legislature grounds in Beautiful Edmonton .

  • This gorgeous suite is on the corner of 99 ave at the top of 105 street walking distance to the legislature grounds and farmers market in the summer months, ( Starts after May long week end). The building has a private gym for our clients and a bakery cafe which is used by the surrounding neighborhood, many locals frequent this location because of its beautiful outlook down the hill and across from a heritage park.

Ideal location, very clean and inviting. Kitchen had everything you’d need plus nice extras. Bakery on the ground floor a nice touch to this newer, secure building. I’ll need not look for accommodations in Edmonton again - this is the place!

Beautiful downtown Condo with all the amenities. Walking distance to Rogers Place. Parking spot is tight for a larger SUV, but overall our experience was excellent and will choose to stay there again.

I stayed here while my parents while my father was having medical treatments. The location was perfect and minutes away from anything you need, and the apartment is very homey. Kitchen has everything you need, great views from a wonderful balcony. The hosts are so easy to contact and very helpful. 10 out of 10.

The property was extremely clean. Everything was updated and modern. A fully stocked kitchen and lots of extra linens and bedding. The building is super safe and walking distance to so many food options. Great communication Ilynne and Pierre. We would definitively stay again.

A very pleasant stay

We are in the fourth month of an extended stay at this property and have found the stay to be enjoyable.Ilyne is an excellent host who keeps the property sparkling clean .She is very personable and promptly responds to any query or requests.The property is very well equipped with all of the furnishings and appliances required for an extended stay if you are planning on doing meal preparation.The building is modern and well maintained and with an excellent bistro on the main floor that serves tasty food and fine libations.

Took my mom to a concert at Commonwealth Stadium and had my husband and toddler join us for the trip! We had a fantastic stay in Edmonton! Great location for checking out local restaurants and walking distance to the Rogers Arena! Condo felt safe with lot's of security and well kept! Pierre was a fantastic host. Super helpful with directions and pictures to get into bulding! Communication was top notch- from helping us find local nearby resturants to accommodating special requests. When we come back to Edmonton we will definitely be stayng here again! Thanks again Pierre!

Clean and comfy

My husband and I stayed here with some friends for the World Juniors Hockey tournament. The location was perfect. Walking distance to Rogers arena, approximately 15 mins. Lots of restaurants near by. Quiet neighbourhood. Would highly recommend.

A pleasant downtown stay!

We wanted a downtown highrise so we could enjoy good restaurants - and this condo did the trick! Two full bathrooms and two large bedrooms, with great windows in the living room. Perfect!

Old Friend's visit

This stay was perfect for old friend's catching up for a night. It was comfortable and had all we needed to have a relaxing visit. The views were spectacular day and night, and it was incredibly quiet. Beds and pillows were perfectly comfortable, and the entire apartment was clean. We would definitely book again.

Great condo with views close to downtown

2 bedroom condo with small but well supplied kitchen open to family room. Awesome outside balcony Could use a small kitchen table with 3-4 chairs ( there is space ) to make it even more functional
