Guest Access
Guests have access to the main floor and upper level of the home, including the living areas, kitchen, bedrooms, bonus/game room, and backyard.
Please note that the basement is a separate rental space with its own private entrance and facilities. The basement and upper levels are separate living spaces, allowing guests to enjoy a comfortable stay with minimal interaction between the two areas.

Important Guest Policy
For the comfort, safety, and security of all guests, the number of overnight guests must match the number of guests included in your reservation.
Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight. If additional overnight guests stay at the property without being included in the reservation, an additional $20 per person, per stay fee will apply.
