Wonderful suite

I stayed here with friends over a weekend and we absolutely loved the space. It was large and spacious with a nice couch where we could sit and watch Netflix. The beds were super comfy and the bathroom is massive! Check in was hassle free and coming and going from this central location to explore Edmonton was perfect. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice little suite

We had a short stay in Edmonton and wanted to be near the U of A. This suite was a quick drive to campus, and was located in a nice area with a park nearby. The basement suite is totally renovated just as the pictures show and well-appointed for what you need during your stay. The owner was very responsive to our questions.

Lea was amazing as a host. She really cares about the property and our stay there. It is beautifully built and furnished. There were thoughtful touches like dimmer lights throughout and a motion sensitive light at the entry door. The two rooms were perfectly appointed with closets and comfy beds and linens. The appliances were all easy to use. The area is quiet and safe. Everything is within a 15 min drive. We had a wonderful stay and will happily come here again when we visit Edmonton!

We are a family of three traveling with a 17 year old daughter. The home is located in a very safe area. There are some shops nearby including groceries. You can safely walk there. It's very close. There was ample parking in front of the home. We never had to worry about our vehicle being broken into or that there would be no parking for us. Check-in to the home is simple and the suite is very nice. The washroom was exceptional. I wish ours looked like that. We never ran out of hot water during our showers. I would definitely recommend this basement suite to anyone traveling to Edmonton.
