Listing says air conditioner but there was no air conditioning, it was a very warm and humid basement. The host was polite and had good communication. It is in a sketchy area so keep that in mind. It was reasonably clean besides the dirty floors and what looked like mold around the tub. The bed was comfortable and relatively clean. The host lives upstairs and them and their children were very noisy anytime before 10pm. Not terrible but I wouldn't stay here again.
