"Our trip was great, but the home not so much. We have stayed here before and never had any issues. This year the porch light didn’t work, kept throwing the breaker. Water coming out of the floor on the first level. Under the porch the house was pulled apart because of a sewer leak and was leaking on the concrete under the house. I feel like the house has not been taking care of as far as maintenance good. Overall trip went fine."

"We have been coming to Edisto Beach for four years and have stay here every time. The location is great! Half a block to the beach, no traffic, and the dog's area. You can also get up in the morning with your cup of coffee and go sit on the dock and watch the day come to life. Or fish and drink your coffee is wonderful!In the evening you can sit on the back porch and watch the Egrets and King Fishers hunt for their dinner. Rachel is a great host and it was all set when we came in.Thanks!"

"It was a nice place and nice location. Had an issue with the stove not working properly and water pressure wasnt very good in the showers and had no propane in the grill. Outside of those issues. It was a nice place and a nice stay"

"Stayed here several years ago for a family reunion. Was an immaculate property then... Property has since changed ownership I find, Many little maintenance issues simply not dealt with as well as cleanliness and certain cleaning items normally in any rental and certainly in this rental when I originally rented for a week from the original owner. Broken items as well was disheartening to see since we rented this exact home years ago as I stated. We had to purchase kitchen cleaning items to be able to prepare food safely and clean countertops and appliances, etc. which we never had to do before especially for such a high priced beach rental home."

"It was a little pricey but a beautiful home. Loved the location! I wished they had a bigger deck instead of two small decks. I would definitely stay here again. Also, couldn't get cooler water in any if the showers."

"We really enjoyed our stay, check in was simple and smooth however there was trash left in the outdoor trash cans from previous guests that had blown over and was scattered on the ground when we arrived as well as hair being in the shower and an old tampon/trash underneath the outdoor shower floor boards. The house was very nice as pictured but the cleaning could definitely use some work."
