"The unit is not well kept. Very little air conditioning in Master bedroom. Appliances poor, furniture was on the dirty side. Carpeting in bedroom needs to be cleaned. Needs a fan on the porch.The view was good and location was good."

"Beautiful home and location. The host was very responsive and helpful. The house is on the oceanfront but there is no beach access due to large stone barrier on that end of Seabrook. Roughly 200 yards to the swimming pool and further walk to beach access. Otherwise a really lovely place."

"Overall we had an incredible stay at the Pelican Watch Villas! The view is to die for and having a toddler, the easy beach access right from our back door was perfect! We ran into an issue with the A/C where it was locked at 82 with a PIN that only the owner had but Carolina One maintenance was great and came out to help by reaching out to the owner to try to get it fixed as soon as possible!The biggest complaint and struggle is the check-in process. The club tells you to go to a certain office to get your parking pass but was closed when we got there even though the website said they would be open. Then when you get to the property there is a key pad on the door lock but that doesn’t actually work, the key is in a key box next to the door that you put the code into. Once you get the key out of the box it is incredibly difficult to get into the door knob. The door itself also doesn’t seem very secure due to the deadbolt being removed from the door. We did however love our stay here and would return again!"
