Great B&B. We were in Town for a Concert. Bed was comfortable and room clean. Breakfast was great. Would definitely use again. Parking was also helpful and we jumped on a Bus which stops right outside.

Mary was very pleasant &friendly . The property was very clean & the breakfast was fantastic . I would stay there again if I came back to Bathgate & will recommend it to people who say they are going to that area of Scotland.

Lovely comfortable, spacious room with gorgeous view of the loch. Super helpful and friendly hosts. Easy access, parking and only 15 minute walk to center of town. Delicious full cook to order breakfast.
