Excellent stay for the price - room was better than expected with small kitchenette. Decent coffee and continental breakfast. All the staff were friendly. I really liked the quiet street away from bars of tourist center yet close to bus lines.

Lovely little clean room. Staff were fine. Great location. I would stay here again. Nice that they had a small breakfast included. Loved having the tiny kitchenette. Cleanest hotel we stayed at during our Scotland trip. Excellent price, especially considering it was during fringe fest.

The staff were very responsive to requests. It was their first week open after students had left and a couple of things needed tweaking. I asked for kettle and hairdryer which were handed to me straightaway. Despite being in prime location off Leith Walk, it was very peaceful. Great position for buses, Waverley Station, cafés, bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Easy to get to city or waterside/coast. Would definitely stay again!

So good I'll be back next year!

This was the second year I stayed at the Iona Street accomodations for my visit to the Fringe, and I am just as pleased as I was last year. The staff is friendly and helpful, cleaners are attentive and thorough, and I enjoy having a kitchenette to keep dining costs down. Access to public transport is convenient, and walking to or from the Fringe is only 30 mins (take Easter St for a prettier route). Staying a little bit out of the town center keeps things much quieter, which I certainly appreciate.

This property was clean and comfortable. It wasn't fancy but it had everything we needed, including a basic kitchen. The staff were excellent. Very helpful and friendly. The location was handy , 5 min walk to the bus station, and plenty of eateries, pubs and shops nearby. I would be happy to stay here again.

Staff was super helpful, there were just some issues with the windows closing properly, which meant that it was pretty loud at night. Not sure what was going on with the seagulls, but they were LOUD. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay.

Or stay exceeded my expectations for example they had a breakfast in the morning free coffee all day a washer and dryer in the room and an excellent gym downstairs. It's in a central location with international restaurants nearby. Top of that there's a 24-hour staff which is exceedingly helpful. It is very safe with key card to entry but of course I felt very safe all over Scotland. In addition for students there is a very large study room with private cubicles excellent internet access. The only possible downside was the TV didn't work but of course we don't travel to Scotland to watch TV.!

Lage ist ganz okay, leider teilweise nicht sehr sauber. Recht lautes Bett, entgegen der Beschreibung war kein Föhn vorhanden und das Zimmer war für zwei Personen ziemlich klein. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt dennoch okay.
