We loved our stay at this hotel. They stored our luggage until it was time to check into our room, so we could go explore the city. It was close to the bus stop into the city with easy access from the airport and to the city locations. The restaurant was nice and convenient. We would highly recommend this location!!

Rooms very nice. Staff at checking were quick and helpful. Restaurant in the main floor is huge with lots of food and pretty good prices. Pool change room floors a bit messy but pool was good. Bus to airport stops right out front which was nice too.

Really enjoyed our stay here! The staff were super friendly and welcoming. Loved the overall atmosphere downstairs. Of course, all of the Spaniards watching their team win the World Cup final set it to a whole other level! The pool was really nice.

The pool was lovely and warm, staff were very friendly and helpful. The toilets in the lobby were not the best but rooms were clean. The bed was comfy. The restaurant food wasn't as nice has last time, they got my order wrong but quickly rectified it. Also had to switch rooms as our bath was leaking. Other than that was nice fir a few days stay

Holiday Inn Edinburgh Zoo was an excellent place to stay. The overall hotel was spotlessly clean and tidy, including the rooms. The restaurant was lovely as well and all staff were brilliant. Location was perfect. Zoo next door which we visited (amazing zoo) and easy access to the city centre with bus stops directly outside and every 10 minutes. Thank you Holiday Inn

Breakfast was great, sauna was great, hot tub was cool and always going into a cleaning cycle. The front desk should have told us about the zoo discount at check in. All in all was a great stay but not quite the value for the high price.

Overall I cannot fault this place. The reason I have given only 4 stars and not 5 is for the fact the bar after 11pm will not accept card or cash payments for alcohol. All drinks to be added to your room. Plus levels of staff were low especially with the number's in the bar after a gig. Dont get me wrong, the staff who were working were great. Just needed more.
