Generally good stay for couple of nights for a family, big room for 2 adults and 2 children, toilet and shower clean, the hotel not far from central edinbrough, bus stop in front of the hotel, but not offering any meals at all, you have to buy food from outside.

We were in the basement which was nice and cool, however you could hear everything from the people above us which was quite awful. Other than that it was a great stay and suited our needs perfectly.

Booked this property...made a mistake in the booking, phoned to cancel and get a refund within 5 mins and they flatly refused, so, I was left with a room I could not use, so I kept the booking I had paid for so no-one else could use it. Extremely poor customer service, I will never recommend them to anyone, on this website or any other ,ie, social media.

This place was perfect for what we needed. It's not luxury by any stretch but you aren't paying for luxury. It was comfy, clean and did everything we need. The staff on the desk was very nice. The building itself is absolutely beautiful. Definitely worth a stay if you dont want to pay ridiculous prices

The location is good but the house leaves a lot to be desired. It smells of mold and one can hear people from other rooms very clearly. There is also no reception and the connection to the wifi is really bad (which also makes the TV unusable).

Close to everything , clean and good for putting your head down , only downfall is microwave outside of room which other residents was using late at night (1030 and for half an hour! !) woke us up as was noisy but apart from that would defo stay again
