This is a beautiful boutique hotel!! Just Amazing.... the care and attention to guests it’s so heartwarming. Paul and Johnny are such lovely people! Accommodation beautifully finished, the communal areas, orangery and house is gorgeous and decorated with flair and taste. You may even be lucky enough to meet molly! The food served for breakfast was phenomenal and hand crafted with care, thought and passion by Paul. If you ever go to Edinburgh, stay here it’s just fabulous. 20 minute walk to the centre. Very highly recommended, a must!! This is the second time we have stayed at 94DR and couldn’t recommend it more! We’ve stayed in the small room both times as it’s the best value for money, so it was a little small but perfectly fine for the 2 of us considering we didn’t spend that much time in the room. Paul and John are awesome and are so helpful sharing their extensive local knowledge (especially around where to eat!). It’s a great location as it’s out of the city centre but with a bus stop right outside the front door. We never waited more than a few minutes for a bus and getting an Uber into the city centre was also quick and easy.
