"Left the car and walked everywhere . Beautiful atmosphere to sit on the veranda in the peace and quiet not looking onto anyone and yet so close to everything. Lots of windows to capture the essence of our location. Lovely to watch everyone walking or riding bikes to get around. Couldn’t recommend it anymore highly."

"We loved this cottage and it was very well equipped in the kitchen and laundry. The decor is beautiful and it felt vert relaxing and cosy during our wet and cold 4 night stay. However, I found Bright Escapes awful to deal with. Requiring an upload of a PHOTO of my licence and my credit card is an excessive and unnecessary fraud risk merely for accomodation. This is in addition to already having my credit card details for payment. While they claim the information is deleted after x days, anyone...

"We enjoyed a very relaxing 2 night stay in Shed 2. The owners very kindly changed our 4pm check in to 1 pm, so we could go for an afternoon bike ride. The kitchen is a particular highlight, with drawers and fridge neatly packed with breakfast supplies and all the appliances and utensils you need. Everything was sparkling clean and beautifully presented. We enjoyed sitting on the back deck taking in the view, when we weren't out bike riding or visiting wineries. "This little cottage is fine but could really do with a spruce up and some love. I really hate plastic plates...crockery... and the outside area is just sad. The last cottage we stayed in was nicer...more cared for."
