"Beautiful location, secluded and the peaceful St Marks River running right off of the dock!Saw some deer, turkeys, bunch of bird species and even a baby aligator that hung with us the whole weekend. The house was clean and had everything we needed, AC was great and hot running water was perfect. Would definitely stay again "

"This is a beautiful place and the beach is right out the door! The sunrise views were amazing. We enjoyed walking the beach to looks for shells, surf fishing, and watching the dolphins. The hot tub was great to relax in, especially with the cooler temperatures during our stay. The deck was fantastic to hang out on, though the baby gates made it difficult to get up and down carrying luggage. These would be great for those with pets or small kids, but that wasn't our case. We enjoyed the golf cart use before it broke, and was out for repairs the rest of our trip, we had a great time just cruising on the golf cart. The floors inside the house appear to have had water damage, totally understandable on the beach in Florida, but we did have our feet pinched a few times when the planks would move. Overall we had a great and relaxing trip and would definitely stay again! "

"We got in a day late because of Delta , because we were late by 1 day, Hampton in kept $1,074 and change and refused the room I had paid that money for. They did have another room I could book for another $651 and change. I wasn't there for vacation, my daughter passed away so the trip was necessary. I will never go to Perry, FL again."
