"I went to laundry room, saw that I could pay via a new app. I went to the front desk and asked to buy detergent. There was one to be sold. I was told I could walk to Publix and get some. =( Then - the app didn't work so I went to the front desk to buy quarters. The hotel had one roll of quarters. I asked if I could have that cost put on my room bill - and that was not possible. No ATM nearby.
So - no laundry for me.
Additionally - the little sundries area to buy incidentals was pretty much empty.
We love this hotel option when we visit our daughter at FSU. But - things have been aggravating during my last two stays.
Breakfast has been pretty frustrating if you arrive past 745. Nothing is refilled automatically unless you ask. When you do ask, it seems like it is a major chore to refill it. This was around 815am and breakfast closes at 9. =(

"Front desk was nice and polite on check-in. The Hotel and room where much cleaner, and felt more secure there than other hotels in the area in same price range. However, there was no hot water. Mentioned this on checkout. Front desk was very rude about it, and mentioned it was a known problem. I feel like that information could have been pasted along upon check-in."
