If you want coffee in the morning you can go downstairs and utilise the machine in the dining area. Staff were friendly. The parking is located in a busy garage across the street - so could be a challenge during peak hours! We got lucky though. I would happily stay again to explore more of Ulm. We were there during the river festival so I highly recommend visiting then and seeing the cathedral. There is an amazing Moroccan restaurant about a 10 minute walk away. Google restaurants and you'll find it."
