"It’s a one bedroom condo near the beach - no frills. Property has a pool which was a plus - but the condo community property manager should have it cleaned more often and add some clarifier to clear the water. Have to have quarters for laundry. Place was exactly as posted - fit our family of four nicely. Easy walk to the beach and quiet at night. A little pricey with all the extra fees but oh well - we planned last minute."

"This is a wonderful modern small house right on the water near St. Michael's. It's a quick drive or nice bike ride to town and we even paddled to the town kayak dock in less than half an hour. The owners have done a great job updating this cabin. It's beautifully furnished and appointed, inside and out, and so close to the water you might feel like you're on a ship. We have rented dozens of homes in Talbot County over the years, and are vacation homeowners ourselves, so I can say with confidence...
