Todo fue el problema. Fue una lástima que no pudiera cancelar la reserva ya en ese momento, pero desde que llegué tuve una pésima impresión. El personal luce mal, el hotel huele mal, las habitaciones digamos que promedio, es que no hay buen aseo en el hotel en general. El desayuno es fatal, no hay absolutamente nada y no reponen nada. Te sientes inseguro de hecho, es como si da miedo. No es la primera vez que me hospedo en esta cadena de hoteles pero el de los poconos en particular no lo recomiendo para nada.

Once I arrived to the hotel you could tell that it’s was to put it lightly. Ghetto. When I went to check in the manager gave me a hard time because I am 19. When it said on Expedia that check in age was 18. I also confirmed this with the hotel. Once I parked my car in the back and came to the door. Ice and snow was not cleared to make a path to access the hotel. So I had to walk on the asphalt where there were patches of black ice. I went to my room and it was nothing like the pictures provided on Expedia. The room was tiny. Not too much light. And the walls were paper thin. I heard someone having sex in the next room over. I did not stay here I checked out at 1 in the morning.

I reserved for a non-smoking room and was given a room labeled as no. Smoking but located above smoking area and the smell was so strong and terrible.. it was really “non-smoking room” on a smoking zone .. so I had to downsize bedroom because they cuould not give me what ai actually pay for it

El 1 de enero 26 el desayuno fue muy escaso no habia nada de proteina y tampoco habia personal que se hiciera cargo de el comedor, practicamente no habia atension, rwnienso.en cuenta que debia haber servicio de desayuno porque eso decia mi reserva , pero el dia 2 de enero todo fue diferente un desayuno muy rico y completo .
