Old, basic property that needs updating. Very confusing parking situation. No coffee in lobby. No bottled water in room. No breakfast offered. They can do better.

Nothing to write home about, but certainly good bang for your buck. Theres no breakfast. The location was central and very nice. The rooms were not sparkeling clean when I checked in. Hair on the sink that was not mine. Some mold growth on the shower and the wall mounted mini split. I'd still say with the price of the room, I'd stay there again.
Lovely historical building. The rooms are modernized while maintaining the historic look- beautiful windows and grand fireplaces. Rooms are also spacious and clean. The location is excellent - right near the center of town, and walkable to multiple restaurants or activities. The staff was very helpful!
Standard Queen, upper floor room- was spacious and clean. Had to climb a flight of stairs to access the room, no elevator access - not easy to find, but worth it once we found it! Loved our stay here.
We were on the top floor, beautiful views very family friendly loved having two bedrooms being that we have 3 Small children place was clean. The kitchen was functionable. Everything was absolutely fantastic about this day. Can’t wait to stay there again.
Really large spacious rooms. Both rooms we had included couches with second TV. Comfortable and clean. Nice gym and saltwater pool, although I did not have a bathing suit with me to try it out. Easy walk to a nice selection of eateries for lunch/dinner/drinks. There was a nice coffee shop at ground level for breakfast. There is 15 minute parking in front of the hotel to drop off luggage. The rather small, but free, parking lot is at the side of the hotel and a gate code is needed to enter. You will be provided with the code at check-in or you can call ahead.
I would definitely stay there again if I were in the city.
The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was exceptional- professional, friendly and very helpful. The hotel itself is charming and well maintained.
We booked the family suite and the room was huge. The whirlpool was amazing to sit in and unwind at the end of a long day. My only complaint is that the fireplace did not work as advertised. It was fall and a little chilly, and the fireplace would have been the perfect ambience. I did call maintenance but someone came and told me the fireplace was just decoration (I know this isn't true because it has an on/off button, and switch on the wall, and an adjuster dial to adjust the flame up and down). A tad frustrating but the room was still nice. The indoor pool was also too cold to use. Parking was extremely convenient but we were there on a Sunday and Monday, not sure how easy parking would be in the small lot during a busy weekend. We loved the proximity to the Crayola Factory; just a short 3 block walk.
Huge, clean rooms at reasonable price. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Lack of restaurant / bar was only drawback - apparently the new owners need to get their liquor license. Otherwise, a great place to stay when visiting Easton and Lafayette.
When we booked we didn't realize that they wouldn't have an elevator that would take us to our floor. We had to climb about 20 stairs with all our belongings to get to our room.
Had we known this we would have stayed elsewhere as it was a bit much for our 81 year old traveler that was with us as well as our 4 year old attempting to get up and down from our room.
We had a lot of problems with our key card that would deactivate itself even if it wasn't placed near our cell phones.
The staff was amazing and it is a very neat place, but if you have travelers with you it should be told up front that the elevator will not get you all the way to your room.
Our grandson did love the big windows as he would lay in them and watch tv on his phone and called it his peace and quite area.
