The property was well maintained and 15mins walking distance to the mall road. The rooms was nicely done with modern style, although more wardrobe space could be given. The Balcony view was amazing, with Singalila national park on the left and the might Mt. Kanchenjunga on the right. The restaurant was fully vegetarian, which was great for us, with amazing breakfast buffet options, lunch, snacks and dinner choices. The food was amazing. The staff, specially Abhinay at the Reception and Krishan in the restaurant took great care of us. The whole staff was polite, courteous and always asked if we needed anything during the stay.

"It's a decent property. Staff is extremely courteous and helpful. Food is good. Room and toilet very clean. They have a cafe where they keep extremely delicious cream rolls. It's definitely not worth 4 stars accreditation. Wifi hardly worked. TV was so small that I wondered why that was even kept. ..."
