"Overall, we were really happy with our stay. They offer breakfast, light dinner and happy hour as part of the room rate. Every staff member we met was helpful and kind. The rooms were spacious, but not exactly clean. We had questionable stains on the bed skirts and there was a pretty thick layer of dust on the night stand and shelves. The beds, bathrooms and towels were clean though. We will choose Drury again and hope this was just a bad day. "

"This property is excellent!! I only had one complaint. The homeless man in the lobby Saturday morning smelled very badly. Should have kicked him out!!"

"I chose this Holiday Inn Express because of the low rate on Expedia and the property’s proximity to the House of Blues where I was attending a concert. The hotel is also easy to get to via the RTA red line train from the airport to Tower City station which is a short walking distance to the hotel. The front desk staff was very courteous, efficient, and helped answer my questions about the services available such as luggage storage which they do provide. My room was more spacious than I expected, was clean when I arrived, and the bed was very comfy. I’d definitely stay here again for future visits to downtown Cleveland."

"This was a really lovely place to stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The only issue that we encountered was that the air conditioning in our room did not seem to be working, but as soon as we brought that up to the staff, they were quick to be helpful. It’s a beautiful hotel and a great location, and it was a very relaxing place to spend the night in Cleveland. Rooftop bar is beautiful, and the restaurant and bar on the second floor seem lovely, too."
