"Great location downtown but for a Crown Plaza Hotel it was pretty average - felt worn, tired and old. AC shot off while we were out for the evening and room was stuffy upon return (hallway was really cold). We had to turn it off and back on again and it took a while to catch up on a hot August evening. ..."

"Don't stay here. Check in took 30 minutes and there were only 2 people in front of me. Our room had 2 broken lamps. We had a whole side of the room without power. The TV, microwave, refrigerator and the coffee maker did not work. We had to plug our phones and the coffee maker into the bathroom outlet. ..."
