"The price is reasonable for an apartment complex however the building is quite outdated. They were refurbishing the reception whilst I was there, reception was out of the nearby convenience store and reduction in staffing hours. A poor experience compared to what they were 10+ years ago. The rooms haven’t changed in 20+ years. Ok if you’re not looking for fancy. "

"Convenient location , close to beach and outdoor activities. Lots of eating options nearby. Room was dated , dusty , empty water bottle behind bed-stand , cleaning standard wasn’t where we expected . Aircon noisy and dusty. Servicing of room poor in our opinion. Convenient parking available onsite for a cost , but getting out at times was challenge. "

"The rooms and decor are extremely old and carpet is worn and pulled up in some areas. For the price per night it was not a well received room. "

"Good location, with free buses nearby and easy walk to WACA and restaurants. Room was clean and a good size and breakfast was a reasonable price. Didn't have a car but free onsite parking would be a plus if I did."
