"金土日の二泊三日で泊まりました。この宿目的の大阪旅行でしたので、すごく楽しみにしておりカラオケや2階の遊具で満足に遊べました。パンも用意されており(ウェルカムパン？)有意義に過ごせましたが、前泊者のゴミが片付けられていませんでした。すぐに連絡し、対処してもらいました。それ以外は特に問題なく、アメニティも最低限用意されており、特に不自由しませんでした。自転車もあり、少し離れたスーパーに買い出しに行けたりして便利でした。"

"It was a good stay at Hotel Abitare Namba West. Pretty close to the Shinawaga station and walkable to the JR Namba and Dontonburi street if you wanted. "

"It was difficult to communicate with the owner or manager. I booked a 5 nights stay. I had a problem with the washer was approved. The cleaning staff couldn't make it work. We noticed the manager about the problem. They answered me on 4 days later. It was to late by then. We reused our old clothes and packed the rest of the dirty clothes home."
