"we received a warm welcome at reception, and also all of the members of staff we met were very friendly. the room was basic but clean, also cleaned during our 2 night stay, which we weren't expecting, everything worked as it should. A parking permit was issued and parking was very secure. Hotel about 10-15 minute walk to the train station with many shops and restaurants in-between. They don't offer breakfast but the lady at reception pointed me in the direction of a hotel a few minutes away where being a guest here allows you to get a breakfast there for a few pounds. We chose the Cranbrook because of its cheap price and close to a tube station. All in all for the price you pay it was well worth it"

Everything was clean and well-maintained, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The bed was cozy, the kitchen well-equipped, and the entire space had a fresh and welcoming atmosphere. The location was convenient, and check-in was smooth and hassle-free. We appreciated the attention to detail and how well everything was organized. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area, and we’ll certainly be staying again next time we’re in Ilford!"
