"The room had roaches in the bathroom and the toilet wouldn’t flush properly. Maintenance came to fix but it still wouldn’t work properly."

"I booked this hotel specifically for shuttle pickup to and from airport and hotel. My flight was delayed 5 hours, but that still left 45 min until they closed (11:30 pm). I called at 10:41pm, they said call when we had our bags. I called at 10:58 and told them we were outside in the pick up area with our bags. They said they were sending someone. The hotel is 8 minutes away. I thought it was a little weird that they didn't ask my name, but no big deal. After 15 minutes, I call again because I know the shuttle hours, 11:30pm close. It was a different lady, she just started her shift, she did apologize, and said she is sending someone. This time i made sure to tell her my name just incase. After another 15 minutes, I walked over checked to see prices for a taxi, while my husband stayed at the pick up area. We paid $40+ $10 tip. Taxi driver asked what hotel, then he said they do shuttles free just call. I told him we had 2 times. We get to the hotel, our driver chuckled and said, "I don't think anyone was coming to get you." I Agreed. We went in, i asked how many shuttles they had, "3, why?" I told her what happened and she said ,he had just got back, that he couldn't find us. I told her, "No ma'am, not possible, those shuttles never came through,. We watched other drivers actually try and never left without their pick up. Hotel was clean with big rooms. If you offer shuttle then do our."

"Ac very loud, a LOT of banging from remodeling, and check in is super sketchy looking. I understand they’re in a remodel, but folding chairs and tables looks really bad. Also, arrows were pointing AWAY from entrance, we wandered thru garage, around and finally found entrance 30 feet from where we started other direction. Made no sense."

"Older hotel in great shape, beautiful rooms, nice views just overall enjoyable stay."

"Do not stay here. The photos are catfish and the reviews myst be paid because it was dirty, smelly, and not to the standard they claimed. I will never stay here again. This hotel was awful!"

"A bit noisy the walls are very thin we heard children running up and down the hallway all throughout the night. The parking prices are fees are ridiculous. Upon check in I wasn’t greeted or welcomed, the night staff was much nicer. The bar/restaurant was nice with friendly workers, rooms are nice and clean. I probably wouldn’t book here again on my next trip here."

"I didn’t get to utilize the shuttle. It was either one driver working or it doesn’t run at certain times."
