"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 – Wonderful Experience, Friendly Staff, and Great Value for Money! Overall, I would give this hotel 5 out of 5 stars! What truly makes this place special is the amazing staff. Everyone is friendly, courteous, welcoming, and very accommodating. They make you feel comfortable and valued as a guest, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. The hotel is definitely worth every penny! While there is still room for improvement, I believe this place has so much potential to become even better. I would love to see a few improvements in the future: - Shuttle Service: Providing transportation or shuttle services would make it more convenient for guests. - More Tours and Excursions: Offering a wider variety of tours would give guests more opportunities to explore and enjoy their vacation. - More Activities and Entertainment: Activities such as jet skiing, karaoke nights, dancing, Zumba classes, and other fun group activities would make the stay even more exciting. - Better Food Options and Service: A wider selection of meals, improved food quality, better cooking, and more efficient dining service would greatly enhance the experience. - Currency and Bill Exchange Machine: It would be helpful to have a machine that can exchange larger bills for smaller denominations, similar to the change machines available in laundromats. - Improved Lighting: Additional lighting around the hotel premises and inside the rooms would make the environment more comfortable, convenient"

"Estoy muy contento y satisfecho con mi experiencia en Ocean Blue Resort. La hospitalidad, la atención y el servicio de todo el personal fueron excepcionales. Los shows y espectáculos de baile fueron increíbles, especialmente el bailarín Monarca, quien destacó por su talento, energía y profesionalismo. ¡Espectacular! También quiero reconocer especialmente al bartender Manuel, por su excelente atención, amabilidad y hospitalidad. Su servicio fue impecable y nos hizo sentir muy bienvenidos. Sin duda, una experiencia inolvidable. ¡Muchas gracias a todo el equipo de Ocean Blue por hacer de nuestra estadía algo tan especial! 100% recomendado."

"Me gustó mucho la habitación, la piscina,.. me hubiera gustado disfrutar más de la playa pero no estaba en las mejores condiciones, no se si en otra época sea mejor, disfrutamos mucho el restaurante buffet, la Atención que nos brindó Héctor fue excelente desde que llegamos asta el ultimo momento estuvo pendiente de todos nosotros 👍"

"At first it did start a little rocky, not having clear guidance with our luggage and room but overall everything else was amazing! The food, the people, it was clean, would come again!"

"10/10! Keep in mind that the resort is amazing no complaints other than they do not own a first aid kit on the property so pack your own. My husband stubbed his toe on one of the doors and it ripped his nail off and he was bleeding and this happened at night after hours so I called the butler to please get us the first aid kit and they said that they did not own one of these.. this took my by surprise since it is a family friendly resort with children but we resolved the issue in the end by wrapping it with toilet paper until morning."
