If charging $7.63 for a tea bag is what Hyatt considers reasonable, then this will be our last stay at any Hyatt hotel. Most less expensive hotels provide in room coffee and tea for free. Shame on you Hyatt for being so cheap"

"I seldom wrote hotel review, but I couldn’t helped this times. The hotel was the dirtiest one I ever stayed, worst than a motel on the side of the highway where you stayed for a nite for convenience. Almost everything was broken, the shower & the towel handles came off when you touched them. "
