"A mixed bag: positives: house was clean and the key lock and parking was convenient, and food and drink supplies very welcome. Negatives: our booking was changed fairly last minute from “the terrace” to a different house “the Mews” for unknown reasons. (So my review is not for this listing, but for “The Mews”.) "The property was immaculate and spacious in a lovely quiet area. Everything you may need for your stay is provided including a complementary bag with some breakfast and tea and coffee supplies upon arrival. Customer service was excellent. I really can't fault this property at all and I would definately recommend it to others and would revisit myself. "

"First of all it could not be found. My sat nav couldn't find it. Varney Rd did not have a street sign and I don't think 44 actually exists. It took over 1 hour to locate this den. The key lockbox is situated on a wall, unmarked, and with all adjacent doors un numbered, on what can only be described as wasteland behind some shops. "Great location for the football stadium and easy access to the city centre by bus. The top floor triple room was spacious and clean."

"Stayed here for 4 nights for a work trip. Really handy location, close to the train station. Safe and secure area, quiet. House was clean and tidy but a good bit in disrepair like kitchen cabinets and drawers in the bedroom. Overall 4/5 as completely functional and good communication with the owner "
