The stone fireplace is the centerpiece of the living room.The well equipped kitchen has dining for 6 to 8\. The cabin has two bebrooms. The master has a king size bed. The guest bedroom has a king size bed. There is a full bath with a tiled shower. The cabin is heated and air conditioned with a heat pump system.All have a direct view of the water. It was a little chilly the first night. But Peter was great and brought a couple of heaters over. The cabin has a wood burning fireplace. Peter supplied a lot of wood for it. Which we did use it all. Sorry Peter. Great location for visiting the Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens and Boothbay. And we got to see the Northern Lights with the naked eye! The highlight of the trip! The view was incredible. We saw may seals that were fun to watch from the patio. It was a perfect place to kayak. We loved that we could walk a short distance (less than 1mile) to the General store. We bought our kayaks and really appreciated the kayak dock (tip: it's very easy to take your boats down the tide ramp to the floating dock at high tide).
