It is fully equipped for all of your vacation rental needs. Worromontogus Lake (Togus Pond) is scenic with coves, islands, and woods. There are over 643 acres of water with a rocky shoreline. The "pond" boasts six sizable islands with many smaller ones to explore. The water is clear and great for swimming. Additionally, it is well stocked with bass, large and smallmouth, and white perch, so bring your fishing poles! A public boat launch has been added, which makes Togus Pond great for boating and jet skiing as well! Nothing is more enjoyable than sitting by the fire pit listening to loons at night on Togus Pond. Togus Pond is located in Augusta, the capital of Maine. Local activities include hiking, golfing, antiquing, blueberry/strawberry/apple picking, fairs/festivals (throughout the summer and fall seasons), and more. The cottage was a perfect size and very cozy. The lake was beautiful and the kayak’s and paddle board got plenty of use while others enjoyed fishing. This camp on Togus Pond is incredible. The neighborhood is quiet and the pond is peaceful. We enjoyed afternoons sitting on the dock catching the sun and going for swims.
