For me, the hotel is just for sleeping. This is just an ordinary hotel. There is nothing special about it, but the staff here are very nice.

Stayed one night. They gave me a room which belonged to another customer. This was cleared after some talking because the reception staff were there. If they would not have been there I do not know what would have happened. Then got a very clean and good room. The hotel is an industry building which has been refurbished. Everything very clean. It is 400 meter walk to tram which very easy takes you to Düsseldorf center.

Location is great however that is the only positive thing I have to say. Room was incredibly shabby. Sheets were stained. Bathroom not thoroughly clean. No kettle. No fridge.

The place needs a major upgrade and renovation. I did not feel safe there as a solo female traveler. Heating in my room didn’t work for hours. Place is covered in stained carpet and furniture. Reception is only open from 2-9. Would not recommend unless you are desperate and need a very cheap option.

Room was clean. Arrived on Friday no staff where at reception so had to phone to get are room code which toke a hour we then went into are room everything was fine we went out came back later on at night and the room code had changed and we had to phone again to get a new one which toke another hour we then woke up the next morning left checked the code was fine which is was we then came back later that night and again th code had been changed this happened ever night Friday Saturday and Sunday and they were all at night apart from that room was fine and everything but we spent more time outside are room trying to get in then we did in the room

Absolutely disgusting. The entire room smells like cigarettes. The entire building. The hotel code didn’t even work. They gave us NO amenities! They sent even give us soap to wash our hands! The lift smells like human urine. The floors are filthy. The only thing good about this place, is that they have hot water.

Room is very small, which is a problem when travelling with 2 with lugguges. Unfotunately mattress is very old and squeaks with even small movement. Bathroom is ok, only issue is that there are only small towels, and they are not being changed every day. There are no big bath towels at all. Information passed via email are clear. In there room there was mini fridge and kettle- very nice. Overall it is ok, but very very basic, and for longer then 1-2 nights it is diffucult for the spine.

Ik had een kamer met twin bedden gereserveerd maar kreeg een heel krappe kamer met een twijfelaar. Het gordijn was los en kon niet volledig dicht. De douche kon nuet versteld. Ondanks een andere mlding op de site was er ook overdag geen benande receptie.

Das Zimmer war sauber ordentlich da hab es nichts zu beanstanden. Auch mit dem Online Checkin hat alles super geklappt. Wenn ich etwas kritisieren müsste und das ist wirklich meckern auf hohem Niveau. An mei em Bett hat die Lampe nicht funktioniert. Das andere ja alles nichts gravierendes. Wir kommen auf jede Fall wieder.

Leider war der Zustand unseres Zimmers für uns absolut enttäuschend. Wir haben am Nachmittag eingecheckt, unsere Sachen ins Zimmer gebracht und sind anschließend zu einem Konzert gefahren. Als wir gegen 23:30 Uhr zurückkamen, haben wir lediglich unsere Sachen geholt und das Hotel wieder verlassen. Wir haben dort trotz gebuchter und bezahlter Übernachtung nicht geschlafen, weil das zimmer nicht zumutbar war.bwir sind 3,5 Std. Nach Hause gefahren. Uns ist wichtig zu sagen, dass wir keinen Luxus erwartet haben. Eine ältere oder einfache Einrichtung ist für uns überhaupt kein Problem – Sauberkeit und eine funktionierende Grundausstattung sollten jedoch selbstverständlich sein. Das Zimmer wirkte insgesamt sehr alt, abgewohnt, schmuddelig und teilweise regelrecht ranzig. Oberflächen wirkten schmierig und zudem herrschte ein sehr unangenehmer Geruch. Besonders erschreckend war das Fenster: Es ließ sich nicht richtig schließen, da der Fenstergriff bzw. die Drückerarmatur komplett fehlte. Auch eine normale Deckenleuchte gab es nicht. Dass wir nach einem Konzert gegen Mitternacht lieber unsere Sachen gepackt und auf die bereits bezahlte Übernachtung verzichtet haben, sagt eigentlich alles. In diesem Zustand würden wir das Zimmer definitiv nicht noch einmal buchen.
